In loving + memory of William Brumby the beloved husband of Hannah Brumby (of Winteringham)
who died June 13th 1907 aged 40 years. "Thy will be done. Hannah wife of the above who died Dec. 4th 1920 aged 50 years "Peace perfect peace.”
Also Harry son of the above who died March 13th 1921 aged 23 years. "Gone but not forgotten.” Also Sarah Ann who died in her infancy 1902.

Editor: This is believed to be the headstone of Isaac Burkill, who died
on 5th February 1821, aged 71 years.
He was a coal porter. His funeral was on 8th February 1821. The next entry in the Parish register is for the funeral of his wife, who died on 14th February 1821, and her funeral was on 17th February 1821. According to the Parish Register, she was 61 years old.
