Near this stone are deposited the remains of Iohn Forster, and Rebekah his wife.
She died on the 6th day of June, 1808, in the 68th year of her age; he, on the 4th of June, 1809, in his 70th year. He was a Christian indeed;
taught by the grace of the Holy Spirit to trust wholly to Christ for righteousness and strength; and enabled, by the same grace, to adorn the doctrine of God his saviour
by holiness of life. Reader, ask thyself, as in the sight of God, if thou hast been enlightened by the same spirit; if thou hast fled for refuge to the same saviour.
